Ksiaz Castle fans must have such a souvenir! On November 18, the National Bank of Poland put into circulation a coin with a face value of 5 zlotys from the series "Discover Poland" - Książ Castle in Wałbrzych. The reverse of the coin (based on a photo by Dariusz Gdesz) shows a view of the baroque part and a fragment of the renaissance part of the castle from the south-east. There is also a 42-meter-high tower visible on it. It is worth buying it in a beautiful decorative package along with information about the castle and about the coin - for a gift or for good luck.

Information about the coin: On the front side of the coin (obverse), centrally, on a distinct circle-shaped plane, there is an image of the eagle established as the state emblem of the Republic of Poland. Below the Eagle, a semicircular notation of the year of issue: 2021. Along the rim, at the top, a semicircular inscription: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA, at the bottom, a semicircular inscription: 5 ZŁOTYCH, preceded and followed by a pearl. Below the eagle, on the right-hand side, the mint mark. On the reverse of the coin, centrally, on a distinct circle-shaped plane, there is an image of the Książ castle in Wałbrzych from the south-east side, covered in the lower part with stylized tree crowns, in the upper part, in the background of the castle, wavy lines. Along the rim, at the top, a semicircular inscription: ZAMEK KSIĄŻ, at the bottom, a semicircular inscription: W WAŁBRZYCHU, on the left-hand side, along the edge, a separate field with the inscriptions: NBP or the year: 2021, depending on the viewing angle. ) Irregularly knurled. On the edge: an inscription, NBP, eight times repeated, every second one inverted by 180 °, separated by stars. Diameter (in millimeters) 24.00. Additional techniques: angle effect. Ring alloy: copper-nickel (CuNi25), core: bronze (CuAl6Ni2). Weight (in grams) 6.54. Emission volume (in pieces) up to 1,000,000.

- Shipped by standard courier by FedEx. The cost of shipping in Poland is PLN 15.40 (including VAT). In the case of international delivery, please contact us in advance at office@ksiaz.walbrzych.
- Delivery to parcel machines - we send parcels via InPost. The delivery cost is PLN 12.00 (including VAT).
Please be advised that there is also the possibility of personal collection from the reception of the Książ Hotel (ul. Piastów Śląskich 1). The order is ready for collection the next working day after 1:00 p.m.
